6 sentence story: The Wrongdoer

New orders had come, Judy was working very hard on making those handicrafts. She wanted to show Darren that he was not needed in her life to be happy. He left Judy when she needed him the most, he ran at the first sign of trouble in their relationship. At the beginning her depression was killing her from within. Ray was always there for her, the childhood friend, helped her to find herself back again. Judy knew she could trust him with her life but she didn't know that Ray was the one buying all her handicrafts.

Numbing my senses

Numbing my senses because I don't want to feel it anymore! I have ceased to feel alive. I can neither feel the pain any longer nor feel joy.

A leader

Okay! I am trying not to bore you from the beginning. This one requires a lot of fact searching but I have not done any it is just me posting what I feel.

India, a country of varied heritage and a fast growing economy. Internally we are corrupt in the political system both the opposition and the ruling party are not what you can call inspiring group of people to run the country. 

The ruling party with its own wrong doings have been running the country for so long (2 terms is a long time) still they have not made a proper plan on the long term for the country. Everyone are busy filling up their pockets. 

The opposition was spine-less when it could have stood and asked for a no confidence move. They were busy preparing for the election to come. 

Does anyone even care about what the country needs? 

We are a country run by politicians, who have brilliant people (the IAS s) whom they can order around. These people who do not think about who is above giving orders and carry out their jobs are reason we as a country are functioning! We are hearing and will be hearing a lot of promises in the days to come.

People are saying that future India is in the hands of its youth. Really?? You have been teaching your children to bribe to get things done faster at government offices. I have seen people telling their children to jump traffic signals if there is no traffic police. These are some examples to quote. You have been teaching your children all the wrongs and you want them to make India better? 

We are the Facebook and twitter generation. We learned about our independence struggle in the history text books without being passionate about it. We read about great leaders of India because we have to not that we want to! We think politics is a dirty place, we were taught that. We don't have a leader with proper ideologies to reach out and be inspired. Just teaching about the dead leaders will not inspire one to become a good leader. 

India needs a better leader for a better tomorrow, to inspire and guide the youth on whom you put so much trust!

Friendship

Note to you: Please Take Care. These are some of my most personal stuff and my points of view. I respect your point of view whole heartedly and would love to discuss on parts where I am wrong and on parts where you are right. Feel free to leave a comment or a message.

I have been wanting to write about friendship right from the beginning, I wanted it to be the next post to happiness. But time as always had a different plan, right now I am not sure I have put in everything I have in my head on the topic, but I have tried my best.

Friendship 

 

A word well utilised, but seldom truthfully. Everyone has a friend; even the loneliest of the lonely will have had a friend. There is no true definition for friendship. Friendship is one of those over abused word, everyone knows its meaning and the commitment it requires but still people abuse it, to get things done from others, for a favour, for money and what-not? Some say friendship is a lot like love, some say it is more than that, some that it cannot be defined! There is a page in fb which tells about friendshipis. You define friendship however it may suit you. If it is good enough for those people, they are ready to illustrate and post it!

If you look closely, Friendship is one of the worse things that can happen to you. Seriously!! Who needs someone to share whatever happens to them? Someone to share a laugh with, when you are happy? Do we really need someone to cheer us up when we are totally down? Shouldn’t we be happy with ourselves? To love yourself isn’t what we've been taught!(not that you don't love yourself when you have friends but that you have to be comfortable with yourself when you are alone). They were not there when you were younger right? Why should we need them now then? Why should you share chocolates with them? These people do not give us any privacy and poke into the matters which we want to keep hidden; do we really need such people around us? And don’t ask about “giving treat” matter. Enna nadanthalum they want treat, sethu ponaalum treat kekraanuga pa. We have to be there for them when they need, whether they were there for you or not. Do you need someone who comes along with you with no questions asked when you call for them? Do we really need that shoulder which is there for us when we cry? Those freaks just like you, doing retarded stuff, do you really need such people around you? And even when you think it is out of your reach these people motivate you to reach it; do we want this kind of people in your life? These people whom you got to know a few years back, now make you think how hard life will be without them. Are these manipulative people really neede to us? Appram otrathu kekavae venam, enga paathalum otraanuga, ethuku eduthalum otranuga. Summa iruntha kooda otranuga. "Facebook"-that thing works because you have friends, if didn't have any friends will you not spend more time usefully?? Seriously wouldn’t life will be more about yourself if there were no such people around you??

I would propose 7 rules to follow to send these people out of your life forever!

1. Do not trust these people anymore, question everything they do.
2. Keep on criticising them; just demotivate them to the point of no return. 
3. When any one of them calls you never attend the call, if you are busy and really couldn’t attend the call don’t even think of even calling him back. If it is messaging, reply after about 12 hours, even better don’t reply at all(but just make sure you have seen the message so that he will know you have seen it and is not replying).
4. If they keep on giving you good advice/counsel tell them to mind their own business.
5. If he is down or feeling bad about himself, tell him that he deserves it.
6. Keep on reminding him that he is a loser and he can’t get any better in life. 
7. Last and most important of all is if any one of then comes to you and tell you about his insecurity or a problem do not listen to what he says, at the end say “mhmm Get over it! Are you a baby?” 

Continue doing these for a month and voila! They will leave you for sure! Making a friend is easy, turning them into your best friend is tough, and pushing that best friend out of your life is the toughest!

If you are at the receiving end of all of this, if a friend does this to you what do you do? After all, you have to stop trying. Friendship requires two people like any relationship; it can’t be one person giving and the other not giving a shit. In this confusing path of life everyone needs a companion; friendship is the only way. Often it is a great feeling to walk alone, but a friend at the resting place and to walk with will make the distance crossed and to cross feel shorter. You have made you decision to trust now you learnt a lesson, we have to just move on right??

We put on several faces to get through a day, pray show your true face to your friends. Losing a friend is painful, they may just die, they may leave without a word, or you might have pushed them out of your life, or maybe you just got too busy for them. But their memories will be there in you forever! Take care to be true to your friend.

Friendship is pure! You, me, we, no one can define a limit for it. It is an ultimatum of love, care, and affection. I have always been bipolar in my views on both loving friendship and hating it, but I am sure I will cherish each and every friend I’ve got in my life forever!

Believe all! Trust None!
